The Center maintains a small staff to assure quick response to requests for assistance, coordinate projects, and to apply best practices from across the country.  In every project,
the Center accesses the expertise of faculty at both Universities.  With the broad array of researchers in the two Universities, the Center is able to call upon national experts to assist
in tailoring a specific response to request for assistance. The Center also provides graduate research opportunities to help build the next generation of leaders.
