Since its inception in 2003, the Center has completed projects in the areas of collaborative problem-solving, training and research. Center projects often touch upon contentious issues in the State. In each project, the Center tries not only to assist with the immediate issue, but to improve the possibilities that stakeholders can develop working relationship that will allow them to successfully deal with issues that may arise in the future.
