The William D. Ruckelshaus Center has been working to build a collaborative forum for the Washington State Hospital Association, Northwest Organization of Nurse Executives, SEIU Healthcare 1199NW, United Staff Nurses Union, Local 141 United Food and Commercial Workers, and the Washington State Nurses Association.
