NOAA Shared Strategy Project
Using collaborative principals and working as a neutral source. The Center will examine the Shared Strategy Resource Recovery Plan process in an effort to provide a perceptive description of the process that led to the successful results. This will be done by examining primary documents, and interviewing participants and observers of the Shared Strategy Recovery Plan. Objectively the Center will identify where gaps still exist, and where key lessons could be carried away for those responsible for implementing and monitoring the plan, and for those undertaking new efforts of a similar nature.
