Phone: (425) 750-7919
Kevin is a Senior Facilitator and Project Lead for the Center’s Health Policy practice, and helps community, regional and state leaders achieve multi-organizational/multi-party consensus around health transformation innovations, interventions and related challenges.
Kevin has over 30 years of national health policy leadership, working with public and private payers, providers, associations, community leaders, unions and advocates in more than 30 states around vulnerable groups, including Medicaid and state-funded populations.
Kevin is both a practitioner and Assistant Professor at Washington State University Extension, and has degrees from the University of California at Davis (Bachelor of Science); San Francisco State University (MBA in Finance), and the University of Washington (Master of Public Administration). Volunteer experience includes community mediator and trainer with the Snohomish County Dispute Resolution Center, Board Member with Washington Appleseed, adult leader with the Boy Scouts of America and high school Mock Trial coach.
Kevin and his wife Barbara have been 30 year residents in Edmonds, and maintain a house that supports both of their wonderful ‘boomerang’ sons, who are becoming self-supportive, as well as a very noisy Cockatiel. When free time allows, Kevin enjoys long-distance backpacking, travel and scuba-diving, and making as much sawdust as he can in his wood shop.
