In late summer through early fall 2023, the Ruckelshaus Center facilitated a series of virtual and in-person workshops, allowing participants to shape emerging themes and options that were identified in previous conversations. Individuals with knowledge and experience related to housing and homelessness were invited to engage in discussions around what is needed to make sustained progress towards housing security.

In August 2023, participants reviewed the emerging options in different areas. The workshops included discussions about equity, scale, workforce capacity, and long-term need.
