Hazel Wilburn joined the Ruckelshaus Center as an Administrative Coordinator in 2021 and was promoted to a Project Specialist in 2022. She has supported many of the Center’s projects, including those in housing, energy, and natural resource policy. Hazel earned her BS in Environmental and Ecosystem Sciences at Washington State University. She later completed her MPA at the University of Washington, where she focused on environmental policy and clean transportation. She enjoys hiking, reading, and playing with her cat, Walter.
