Alec Solemslie joined the Ruckelshaus Center in 2021 as a Project Coordinator. He received his BS in Forestry from Washington State University in 2019. He later received both his MS in Environmental and Forest Sciences and his MPA in Environmental Policy from the University of Washington. Alec is now enrolled in a PhD program at the University of Washington, where he is researching the intersectionality of environmental policy and management in the Pacific Northwest.
