Jim WaldoPartner at Gordon, Thomas, Honeywell, Malanca, Peterson & Daheim, LLP. His primary area of practice has been general civil practice with emphasis on complex negotiations.

Prior to being at Gordon Thomas, James served as Assistant US Attorney and Executive Assistant to Assistant Secretary of Labor. Waldo was a trustee of Western Washington University, Chariman of Northwest Renewable Resource Center, Board Member of Washington State Commissioner of Public Lands Program Review Advisory Committee, and Chairman of Washington State Energy strategy Committee.

Waldo’s honors include The Association of Fish and Wildlife Agencies, Outstanding Citizen Award and Association of Washington Business, President’s Award.

Waldo was co-Author, Washington Bar Association Real Property Deskbook, Third Edition, Chapter 113, “Mediation and Voluntary Resolution of Land Use and Environmental Conflicts” (1997).
